Pros:- Shockingly easy to set up. Took me about two minutes to set it up, not including the time taken to fill with water. Didn't even have to look at the user manual.- It's easy to drain and move.- Deceptively roomy. Space to move around a bit and submerge your head.- Cover keeps the water clean and cool.Cons:- It's a little pricey.- It's not as cold as I'd prefer it to be, even with four bags of ice; but I've been doing this for a long time so I want really cold water. In order to keep it really cold I freeze four giant Ziploc bags of water overnight and dump it in the cold pod in the morning.Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this product. I highly recommend everyone start there day dunking into one of these!

I used mine for close to a year now and have enjoyed using it. Size wise its on the smaller size but if you curl your knees to your chest then I am able to get my shoulders underwater as well. As with most of the inflatable cold plunges this doesn't stay cold for very long but unless you're spending significantly more money this is to be expected. Mine has developed a slow leak recently so I will be replacing this soon with something more permanent. If you are curious about cold plunging and want to get your feet wet without spending thousands of dollars then something like this is a good option, if you already enjoy cold plunges and are looking for something more permanent then IMO i would opt for a rigid structure with more insulation, otherwise this a great option for beginners

This was super easy to set up. Took me about 15 mins and the hardest part was getting the tube around the top pumped up. We put it on top of a wooden pallet and it fits on there great. We live in norther US and the temp in the tub, which is in the shade most the day, hovers around 65/70. We do add ice each time and it cools down fairly well. I would like to get it a little colder, under 60 but I’m the summer it’s not possible without having to get ice everyday. We have been putting frozen water bottles and gallon bags of frozen water to cook it down. You probably have to do that at least an hour before getting in.I’m 6 feet tall and fit fine in it. I can get my shoulders under the water. The cover is nice and the drain on the side is super handy.

I don’t usually give reviews but if bought one of these two years ago and it has been used many times a week since then. I just bought two more for my adult children athletes. It’s simple, durable for the price, easy to clean and surprisingly well insulated.

The thing is all it said it would be, but now looking at it, I wish it were 4" taller. If I sit in there, I will have trouble dipping my head under water. The diameter is just small enough to fit into my shower stall. I also have a bathtub, tried this before, but the bathtub is not isolated so the water never gets colder than 10deg C (48F). In fact overnight the water heats up to 15C.With this pod I hope to run my chiller until the water is 2C and given the insulation it may stay cold for a day, so I do not have to run my machine for hours.Maybe a giant trash can would have done just as well?Tip:If you put this pod inside your shower stall, like I did, place a 1/2" plastic tube underneath so that water can drain.Make sure it has blunt edges not to damage the bottom of the pod. Inevitable you will splash water and the pod will block the drain.Make sure the "drain port (at the bottom)" is located in the far corner. Once there is water in it, you will no longer be able to move this thing.

It's great for muscle recovery and sore backs - a game changer. I get in after jogging or playing sports. It's reduced aching a ton!If you live in a hot climate, getting enough ice will become part of your life. There are solutions though.Unfortunately, just before its 1 year anniversary, it now has water trapped in the bottom of it. We've been careful with it, and I don't know how it got there. I'm afraid it's going to get nasty, be hard to care for, and it's now not portable without lots of effort. Any solutions out there?

POSTED 5/27/23Well if you could not tell by my face - I absolutely LOVE this pod. I broke this review down to (4) areas:SetupUsageMaintenancePortabilitySETUP- I had this installed in the backyard deck 15 minutes- took my time to read the instructions - east to digest and right to the point - it’s a pod - fill it up - and goUSAGE- Using for about 30 days, I look forward to my morning - cold plunge therapy has helped my neck/shoulder pain and injury in my left shoulder from an accident- I ALWAYS put the cover on when not in use - the draw string is great, but I do wish the cover was tighter in the top - it tends to sag in the middle, so I imagine rain water would collect - luckily it does not rain here as much but knowledge sharing!MAINTENANCE- With any consumer product - everything needs a bit of T.L.C. (Tender loving care)- I empty the water out every 2 weeks - only using cold temp hose water. I use a small rag to clean inside and outside (leaves, debri, etc).- Total clean time: 30 minutes- Total fill time: 5 minutes (depending on how much water you need)- Water mark: I used a sharpie to mark where to fill the maximum water levels toPORTABILITY- I took this out camping once and it was pure bliss- No one around me - just the pod and my personal therapyI would highly recommend this to anyone! As of my posting I see it is currently unavailable BUT I will continue to share in hopes it’s due to supply/demand.Cheers and thanks for plunging with me!

Really good bath, great quality and I can sit in it, I’m 185cm. Worth the money.

The tub arrived with no lid. There was no logo on the side and the inside colour was different to the image. I assembled it and it felt very flimsy, it didn’t resemble the picture at all, or a tub for that matter- it looked kind of like a deflated bouncing castle. I filled it with water to see if that added any rigidity or structure, and it did not. The tap at the bottom leaked.Honesty, this tub is worth about €20 at most. Don’t waste your money, get something else. A barrel maybe. A barrel would feel more luxurious . I’m returning the tub.P.S. seriously, the barrel wouldn’t need to be new or even clean to achieve a more luxurious feeling than this product.

I’ve been eyeing up an ice bath for a while and this one has been a great addition to my recovery routine. I used to take cold showers, but since moving house, my new shower just doesn’t get cold enough to be effective. This ice bath solves that problem. It arrived in a handy carry case and was really easy to set up and fill. The first dip definitely felt cold, but I’m still working on how to get the water colder consistently, particularly during the colder weather.Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, but a few design tweaks could make it even better, e.g. improved thermal covering without having to buy separate wrap.Great customer service, when I had an issue, this was resolved immediately. Highly recommend!
