What seemed like good value became a waste of time and money
Was really happy with the price of this shoe bench, when it arrived I had a read of the instructions a couple of times over to ensure I could understand how best to approach the assembly. Turned out some of the wooden panels were labelled incorrectly and with lack of supporting info to the graphic instructions I was left with a half assembled shoe bench with parts in the wrong places and ended up having to throw the whole thing out. Mildly disappointing experience

You get what you pay for
The cushion is nice and the price was good. However,the panels were wrongly numbered. The top panel just wont drop down completely at all, my husband has got it to where hopefully nobody will notice. One of the screws burst the top panel when tightened, thankfully that's covered by the cushion. There are a few chips on other panels too. My husband's size 9 shoes fit neatly in, any bigger would stick out though.

Bad service from seller. DO NOT BUY unless sure you will keep.
Great product. Didn't really feature in our space. Requested refund and return to seller. Was told as assembled it was a 2nd hand and would get partial refund. Ended up being told no refund.Note to all....Do not buy as the seller will stitch you up if you change your mind.

Good product but assembly instructions incorrect
We bought four of these units to use as shoe storage in a dressing room, the product is of a good strong standard, were delivered very quickly, however some of the parts had ben labelled incorrectly in all four boxes and some of the units weren't numbered with stickers at all.

Great little shoe bench
Good easy to assemble shoe bench for the hallway with a comfortable seat. stores my size 11 shoes very well. only a bit of the shoe is out

easy enough to assemble, but then hubby is a carpenter - son loves it - need to buy a second one for the other son

Great boot bench
Love this boot bench, it takes pride of place in our utility room right beside the back door. Perfect for getting your wellies off before going into the house.

Great bench and shoe store
Just put this together this morning. It wasn't too difficult just needed little help getting the top on.Yes panels 6 and 7 were numbered wrongly but it doesn't take too much logic to work it out.Happy with my littke bench. Just need to decide who's shoes go on it
