Doesn’t really work any better or worse then any other neck pillow on the market. Really was unable to get it tight enough to hold my neck up as it advertised. No matter what product, it’s really impossible to get comfy on long flights in coach.

took this on a long plane ride and slept like a baby!! it was warm but i am always so cold on a plane.
