Coaster Tri-tone leather Victoria Sofa, Loveseat & Chair
Victoria Sofa - 500681 - Coaster Furniture and Coaster Loveseat in Brown Tri-Tone Leather and Chair Button Tufted Nail Head Trim Tri-Tone Leather I ordered the Coaster Victoria leather Sofa, Loveseat and button tufted nail head trim matching Chair. The 3-piece order arrived on schedule in just 14 days and was packaged quite copiously with shrink wrap, Styrofoam and cardboard, secured to a wooden pallet. After the furniture was unwrapped and inspected, all pieces were found to be in perfect shape.Pros:The furniture is quite attractive and looks substantial. The workmanship is very good and I have no complaints as to quality and design. The cushioning on the pieces is very firm which I like. The tri-tone color is rich looking and the color could be described as mahogany or tobacco. The ‘wood’ detailing is attractive, although I knew in advance it wasn’t real wood, but resin, but that was fine with me as long as it was manufactured properly.I was considering ordering the matching coffee and end tables, but went with a different brand which coordinates perfectly and which I am also very satisfied. The coffee and end tables were from the ‘Traditional Dark Brown Norcastle’ Coffee and End tables by Ashley, (the oval and round ones) also sold on Amazon. Here are the links for the tables: Traditional Dark Brown Norcastle Cocktail Table and Traditional Dark Brown Norcastle End Table I have included some photos for you to see of my items.Cons:Only one – The delivery was scheduled through Amazon’s delivery company who then subbed out this delivery to another company due to the original company being swamped with holiday orders. However, I was expecting the delivery to be a ‘white glove delivery’ which includes bringing in the heavy furniture into the house, unpacking and setting up and removing the packing materials. This is stated as an included service to Amazon customers in several areas under ‘questions and answers’ for these pieces. The secondary driver arrived alone and parked the large furniture, still wrapped and tied to a pallet and too heavy to move without a small machine in my driveway. It was very cold out and had been raining all morning. He said he was alone and was only authorized to drop the item at my house or place in my garage. The items were shipped vertically and were too tall to get in the garage so he was just going to leave it there, outside. I protested this and made a concerned call to the original delivery company. The driver, seeing I was disagreeing with him leaving, also called his boss. Within about 45 minutes, another man arrived to assist the first one and they did indeed unwrap, assemble and place the furniture inside and remove the copious cardboard, shrink wrap and pallet. Thank goodness!

This is Bonded Leather and won't last
Looked great for the first month and a half. Buyer beware, "This is Bonded Leather" and has already started peeling in less than 2 months and I have hardly even sitting on it as that it is in a vacation home.I just tried to vacuum it with the brush and it is not completely ruined. This is bonded leather and in less than 3 months has already been ruined because I vacuumed to get dust off of it and the crappy CHEAP material came right off of the seat cushion. Do not buy this product, "it won't last". I could have gotten real leather for that price and nowhere was it said that this was not real leather. They say high quality leather and it is "bonded" and although that is made from leather is not high quality and this crap isn't even good quality bonded leather. Do not be fooled!

Four years and still Loving it
I was watching this sofa for almost a year and finally took the plunge and ordered it. I was a bit aprehensive about ordering such a product online for the obvious reasons of quality, comfort, price, etc. Well, it arrived and I'm truly happy. It is really nice and classy. The leather seems to be of nice quality and the whole thing is really beautiful. As for the wood... it's not real wood, but I'm hoping it's gonna be ok. my brother got the same kinda sofa locally, with real wood, spent more than double the price and still isn't happy, so... go figure. The thing about delivery though is that it's a huge piece... It took about two hours to get the sofa into my apartment and set it up. We paid the delivery guy extra and he was so nice about it. But beware it is huge, so either have alot of help and make sure the sizing is ok, or pay extra to have it delivered through you door. I would definitely buy this if I'd see it in my local furniture store. What remains to be seen, is how durable it is and that only time can tell.UpdateIt's been for years and I'm still Loving my sofa. Super quality and comfort although the legs are a little scratched up but we're a really large family with kids plus we moved so...... Amazing sofa

very pretty, comfortable, but awkward to move
The sofa is comfortable to sit on. I sit on it when watching TV, reading, sometimes browsing the internet. I've sat on it for hours and like it. I also have a habit of taking a nap when I get home from work, and this sofa is fine for that, maybe a shade narrow to be perfect. It's also quite pretty. I've been slowly trying to upgrade my furniture from the step-above-cardboard stuff I bought when I was young and poor. This looks quite fancy. It's real leather. The carved woodwork isn't really wood and it isn't really carved, it's some kind of plastic or resin and it's clearly molded. But I suppose that anyone who's not a carpenter wouldn't really notice unless they are questioning it. It looks nice. Maybe a small minus on that, but I'm sure real carved wood would have jacked up the cost considerably.Biggest downside, and the main reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of five: This thing is large and hard to move. My doorway is 36" wide -- which I think is basically the upper end of standard size doors these days -- and we had to remove all the packing material and carefully maneuver it to get it through the door. I was seriously worried something was going to catch on the door frame and damage it before we even got it in the house, but fortunately no. There's no easy way to dismantle it to get it through a doorway. I think the manufacturer should make the back come off or something for more easy transport. If your door is less than 36", I doubt you can get this in the house.
