Complaint: PCB Failed Twice Within 1.3 Years – Unacceptable Quality
Very disappointed with the product quality and service. The PCB has already failed twice within just 1.3 years of purchase, which is completely unacceptable for a reputed brand. This raises serious concerns about the durability and reliability of the product. Additionally, the customer support experience has been poor. There are frequent delays, unhelpful responses, and a lack of proper resolution. Overall, the service feels quite unsatisfactory. Super Q is voice processs it's wonderful
Wonderful Fan!!! Doesn’t need WIFI connection. I got it installed as per the instruction. The fan started working for the commands OK SUPERFAN! TURN ON, It’s fun
