Happy Birthday from The Very Hungry Caterpillar (The World of Eric Carle)

This is such a sweet little birthday book especially if you already love The Very Hungry Caterpillar. The artwork is exactly what you’d expect classic Eric Carle style, super colorful and visually appealing for little kids. It feels more like a celebration book than a full story, which actually makes it perfect for birthdays. We’ve been using it as part of our birthday routine, and it’s such a cute way to make the day feel a little more special. It’s short, simple, and great for toddlers who don’t have a long attention span. Also makes a really great gift idea instead of (or along with) a card.

This is such a sweet book. Period I don’t think you can go wrong with anything about the hungry hungry caterpillar. My granddaughter loves it and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Adorable, got this instead of a birthday card and just wrote in the front, it’s small closer to the size of an card and adorable. I think this is a very thoughtful gift instead of a card, great for toddlers.

Gift for one year old. I’m not sure how to rate. The book is made well, its very substantial and it’s written by a well-known author of children’s books. It appears to be the quality of a book to be used by more than one child. That would be my highest compliment

Hermoso libro como todos los de Eric Carle

I bought this book for a first birthday gift , instead of a card. There’s a space inside the cover that says “to” and “from” so it’s a perfect replacement for a traditional birthday card. It’s a great little size , and a cute little addition to any child’s growing library. I think it’s a great little story to read every year on a child’s birthday, has bright illustrations, and will keep their attention. The hungry caterpillar is a classic, and kids always love it! I love the hardcover, as it makes it more durable.

My granddaughter loves this book. It’s so cute.
