I must be doing something wrong.  food continues to stick particularly eggs while i am cooking.  what should i do to remedy this?

1. At lower temperature than recommended : 1) a water droplet thrown on the surface of pan evaporates immediately with "Chi~~" sound / 2) oil on the pan does not show shimmering or smoking → You have to heat up the pan for a while and increase the heat.
2. At higher temperature : 1) a water droplet divides into smaller gragments and freely slide over the pan / 2) oil vaporizes quickly with smoke → You have to cool down the pan for a minute or so and decrease the heat. 3. At the right temperature : 1) a water droplet slide freely over the surface of the pan while maintaining single piece / 2) oil on the pan shimmer and smoke slightly → right time to add oil & foods after a few minutes. The water droplet test is called a "Leidenfrost test" or a "mercury ball test".
Be sure to use medium to low heat if you're using a gas range. Surprisingly low heat was sufficient to cook with HS fry pans.

How easy is it to clean, does food stick to it?

Well, as far as I've learned, sticking is promoted by several factors : too low or too high temperature of the pan / watery food surface / sudden lowering of temperature by cold food dumping / insufficient amount of oil / premature attempt to turn / incomplete cleaning and remaining residues on the surface of the pan / etc..

I actually did my first cooking with this pan today, and found it does not stick at all. I followed completely the manufacturer's instruction and there was no stickiness at all. And as a result, it was very easy to clean : all that I had to remove was the deposition of cooking oil at the rim of the pan.

If I scratch the pan will it leach metal?

No, this pan never leaches metal.  It it’s made  of surgical material.  It’s similar to the SaladMaster pans.

I just got this and the inside is extremely scratched after using a wooden utensil, is this normal?
