How long to be effective?

After spraying, it coats the inside of the nasal passages and has a funny taste for a few minutes and it drains. I find it works within about 15 minutes, but is really effective to get rid of my sinus headaches within 30-60 minutes. This product was recommended by my allergist to help prevent frequent sinus infections. He suggested that it be used no more than 3 days in a row, take a day or two off, then start again. Hope this helps.

Is this manufactured in the USA?

I’m not sure, mine was open when it arrived so I returned it

What is the exp date exactly?

My bottle ordered in August 2018 has an expiration date of May 2019.

Hello, Because each individual seller has their own stock of the product it is impossible for Amazon to list expiration dates. As well as the fact that as stock sells and new shipments come in the dates constantly change. Amazon requires that a product arrives with enough time to use it up before expiration. At a minimum. Most products have even more time than that but at least you can be assured that the items arrive in time.
