SkinClearing Blemish Concealer Face Makeup, Medium 15, .05 oz

I’m a 50 year old man, and out of nowhere I had a breakout. I couldn’t figure out why, but it’s not something I expected to deal with at this age. Extracting them left big red scars on my face, which was embarrassing, and I know it’ll take time for them to heal. I was looking for something to hide the embarrassing blemishes while they heal whenever I need to go out and do something, and after doing a lot of research, I settled on this product and it’s amazing. I wasn’t sure how well it would work or if it would even match my skin tone, I am olive skin, but to my surprise, it completely covers and matches my skin tone. I’ve never used anything like this before in my life, but it is in indeed a great product. I’ve even noticed that the blemishes that the concealer is hiding, are starting to fade more quickly since I started using this. So before long, I won’t even need it anymore. I was surprised how expensive these products can be, but very happy that this one is affordable and actually works.

This is a fave for years for covering any blemishes or spots. Alas it has been discontinued by Neutrogena (WHY?????) The medium is quite dark, in fact so dark that it made me look like I had put orange makeup, which made the spot look worse!! It is a great product, just the wrong color for me. If yuo have darker or tanned skin, this could work.

Color isn't an exactly match but it does even out my complexion. A little goes a long way and I wash my hands and use my finger tips to blend the product. Also, it helps get rid of tiny pimples and doesn't clog my pores!! However, it is a little tricky to get the concealer out but you have to twist (crank) the bottom slowly until the product reaches the top. Don't use too much force just be patient. Find the color that best suits you and use a little on small dark spots and tiny pimples. For bigger spots maybe use something else but this does help when you're needing something delivered overnight. Tip: try to go out in the sun and use a mirror if you can to make sure it's blended properly.

I'm a man and don’t typically wear makeup, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve wanted to tone down some of the blemishes on my face. This concealer is perfect—it does exactly that without making it look like I’m wearing makeup at all. A light layer of setting powder on top helps it last throughout the day, making it an easy and effective addition to my routine.

I am completely blown away by this concealer. First of all, thank you Neutrogena for producing a yellow-based concealer. This matches my complexion perfectly (I purchased medium 15). I have tried a few concealers including MAC, which were not skin friendly - at least for me. Then I've been using Murad's conealer for some time. It is very good and stays on all day with a matte finish under powder. However, the shades have pink undertones and it doesn't match my face like the Neutrogena concealer. This one outshines Murad - a BIG surprise given the relatively cheap price. It also glides on smoother and covers blemishes and imperfections very well. Moreover, even though it conceals so well, it is more lightweight than the Murad concealer. Even better, it blends so well that you do not necessarily need foundation. I use it with Mario Badescu's Special Healing powder, topped with Maybelline Fit Me powder. I have not tried the Neutrogena mineral powder as these mineral powders do not agree with my skin (despite their popularity). I would consider the Healthy Skin powder be Neutrogena; but I fell in love with Fit Me. It really does "fit" your complexion perfectly! Anyway, I have also invested in one of the Neutrogena Skin Clearing foundation. It is also the bomb! Only use it when going out on the town though and maintain the abovementioned regime for day wear. It should definitely be produced in a wider range of shades though to cater to darker skin tones. It's a great product and should be suitable for all of us ladies. :o) Cheers

I never knew it could be this good. I've tried a few concealers for cold sores, but they fail at just staying on. But this one - omg - is the real deal. Easy to use and covers just about anything all day. Def a 6 out of 5.

This product does the job, it conceals and fights acne very well. The reason I gave it 3 out of 5 stars is because of the shade. It is so pink-based that I need to put a green color corrector over or underneath it in order for the area in which I applied it to match the rest of my face. My only remarks on this are that you need a green concealer or face primer in order to use this product to counteract the pink. I would recommend that Neutrogena make more yellow-based products in general as well.

Darker than I expected for being called light/medium. I’d call it medium for sure, not even close to light.
