The torch is very bright for its size and can zoom in and out of focus by using the telescopic like sight. A brilliant touch. The torch has 3-4 modes at the press of the button. Bright, low, blink, fast blink. The best part could be the option of interchangeable batteries. You either use the supplied 18650 battery or use the supplied 3 AAA battery holder, set in 3 AAA batteries(unsupplied). Just in case you can't use one you have the option if using the other. The torch does get warm with continous use and charge will get low with prolonged time. I didn't check how much but this torch should suffice for the usual jobs that most of us would use it for. There is a supplied wall plug charger which has a led light that blinks red when the battery is charging & turns from red to stationary green on charge completion. Careful with the continous use of the button as it could get stuck. This is the only negative. A brilliant product in my opinion. Easily, the best torch I have ever used. Update in April 2024: I'm still using this same torch. The only negative of this high quality torch is the inner button mechanism. I opened it and you can get the internal button mechanism from a store at lamington road and fix it yourself like I did. Wall charger and single 18650 battery obviously would need replacement with use. Other than that it's still performing and functioning very well.

Well made and impressed with the package as a whole. Only downside is that the different modes are difficult to select.

1. Brightness is superb, sometimes feels like headlight of a car.. 2. Battery life is really bad 3. Battery charging time is way too much 4. Becomes too hot if kept on for more than 5 minutes, like if you are doing some electric work and you need the torch to remain on..or you are trekking in the dark then you will need a cloth to hold this torch..

The touch is average range but battery charging system is not good at all. If charginging system is fixed with touch not by separating it will be easier and quick for charging. But now it needs to replace battery out from touch and then only can charge.which is not suitable at all. Moreover, the battery is not last, it's last hardly for an hour after fully charge. However, another option has been given for remote batteries but i don't try that option for now. So I don't want to recommend buy this touch otherwise you will regret.

Superb handy torch light ,with long lasting battery. Really useful

The torch was packed well. The packing material inside the box is quite flaccid. The make of the torch is a touch less than I expected. But at this price, one can't expect a Maglite ! The finishing of the threads of the torch can be more refined. The battery has to be inserted in the correct manner. Advisable to read up the small manual before one starts assembling the torch. It just takes 02 minutes to read. And yes, it is also advisable to charge the rechargeable battery for 6-7 hours before first use. In my case, the covering of the battery was torn at the time of unboxing itself. Once all set, try the lights. There are 03 modes as I understand. 1- steady torch. 2- strobe 3- SOS light. The torch does zoom in and out, but it is very sluggish and coarse (at least in the unit that I have. Others maybe lucky). The reach is pretty good. I use it to search and locate owls on the branches and the visibility is quite good. Overall, I will rate this as 4 star. Maybe the make could be a little more sturdy to earn it a full rating. Definitely worth the buy.

its a very good torch light . received in good packing and very fast delivery by amazon but the package missed a little tube the 18560 battery adapter . the charger works fine but not dependable if u want to use a higher capacity battery like 3400mah or more don't use the charger provided . the charger ratings are input ac100-220v output [email protected] (actual output 160 to 200 [email protected] ) end of charge 4.2volts(the charge led turns green when charged) total charge time is around 8 hours . the battery came with this torch is rated 2200 mah but the actual battery capacity is around 1100mah-1300mah it is not a true 2200mah battery . total usage time is around 1 hour after that the light dims . i tested the torch for around 2 hours initial voltage when fully charged :4.2volts voltage after one hour usage : 3.12volts voltage after two hour usage : 2.68volts (dont discharge lithium ion battery below 3 volt) the power draw of this flash light is 1.2amps luminosity is around 300-400 lumens ( although it is stated as 180 lumens ) the light will be sufficient for any average user . its vert compact and fits in pocket not so heavy made of aluminium if u want better backup buy high capacity 18650 batteries if u have a quality 3400mah battery u can use this torch for 3 hours or more . overall i am happy with the product . Update Still working after 5 years of moderate usage, I throwed away the crappy battery which came with the torch and bought good quality 18650 battery.now it provides nearly 3 hour backup on high mode. Cleaned the torch, repainted it and it looks good as new.
