Was a bit worried about some negative reviews regarding fake and poor quality products, because it's a non returnable product. But took the risk and it's truly a littmann, the sound is absolutely amazing!

Using the cardiology 3 for since 10 yrs...it was stolen.due to the quality of cardiology series again opted for this series ...quality is good and minor noticable changes...

I like the stethoscope in general, love the quality of sound. Two issues were first the tubing is sticking somewhat & diaphragm finishing was not good.

Littmann Quality ...But....
When package box was opened stethoscope was found outside littmann box as shown. Somebody opened it at package site and put it like that...May be to place warranty card or something..But bad dealership anyway. But product original Littmann..Top as expected.
