Does what I need it to do
I've been using these sediment filters on the well to our house for the last couple years and they seem to do just what they are supposed to do. I like having the "netting" around the filter pleats which some filters do not have, don't know if they really matter but I prefer it so I don't worry about the filters "blowing out" from water pressure or anything.

correct fit
purchased these for my whole house sediment filter. there were the closest i could find to the ones installed by my well company. the pleated design are great for trapping sediment particles. i previously used a lower micron filter which caused water pressure issues with my water. the pleated design traps lot of sediment thus reducing the time between filter changes.
