It is quite potent Shilajit. I have used Ramdev's shilajit before but the effects of using it were not prominent as with Upkarma's Shilajit. Just dip the edge of the spoon into the compound, mix with water or milk The solvent liquid should be luke warm. Twice a day. That much is enough actually. Received this product on time with proper packaging. So thanks to Amazon. I am using this product for a while now and I think it's Original. I started with twice a day dose but then I face piles issue triggered as this product is hot in nature. Also some might have mouth ulcer issue. Then I reduced the dose to once a day in the morning. I feel it's Original product and works well. Little on costlier side. They have premium box packaging with a tiny golden spoon inside. You can try this for sure. And continue if it suits you.
