Expected it to be very spicy. It’s moderately spicy. Good addition to my spice collection. Good packaging and delivery. Spice mix: Tastes very well on a grilled/ baked chicken dust with a mixture of soy sauce, brown sugar and salt. I might add another spoonful of cayenne pepper the next time round. Of course, wasn’t made the authentic way with pimento wood or with the jerking but the spice mix is good.

Makes great chicken fries
This rub on its own or with Jamaican recipes will be great. If you're short on time, this masala, a tsp of curd and some cornflour makes for a quick, tasty and easy plate of Jamaican kebab

Don't know if this stuff is authentic or not, tastes like spicier version of maggie masala. Wanted to make some jerk chicken but this stuff ain't looking authentic.
