This is a terrible product. It says it is connected to Bluetooth, but doesn't react as it says it should when you connect. The functionality is not there. Won't connect to an iPhone, won't do anything it claims it will. Bought it as a Christmas gift and the return window was closed. Do not buy this piece of junk.

I bought this for my 82 yo Dad to replace an old Fitbit. Features we both appreciate are: 1) he can pick up/ make calls from the watch once connected to his phone via blue tooth. He doesn’t always have his phone at his finger tips and used to rush to get it upon hearing the ring, which I thought was risky. He can now call for help easier too. 2) sleep tracking is easier and in an easier to understand format 3) blood pressure and heart rate check brings any irregularities to him awareness 4) looks cool (size is perfect for him, 5’7” regular weight) and easy to set up (he did it all by himself)

The slim case and curved edges look modern without being overly flashy. • Feature set — It supports continuous heart rate, SpO₂, sleep tracking, stress estimates, and even blood pressure (with the caveat that it’s not a medical device). Also useful: 123 sports modes, call & message sync, reminders. • Comfort & battery — The strap is flexible and didn’t irritate my wrist, even over long wear. Battery life was decent: under moderate use I got nearly two full days before needing a charge (though heavier use of health sensors or always-on screen drains faster). • Usability — The companion app is fairly intuitive. The touchscreen navigation is smooth, and pairing with my phone went without much fuss.

I love the presentation of the product, it looks beautiful on you; it looks great on your wrist and I loved the magnet to hold it in place, very easy to set up after your download the application, it shows all notifications and call information, also good while exercising, after you turn it on, it connect right away, it's worth it.
