Pros: 1.) The product is of top notch quality. 2.) Most importantly you can it use it to measure your own blood pressure without the help of a another person. 3.) The machine automatically detects if the cuff is not worn properly. 4.) It says it can detect arrhythmia. I haven't tested this feature. Hopefully I won't have to :) 5.) You can upload the Blood Pressure reading to your mobile via Bluetooth & the Omron app. But it cannot store the data for multiple users. Cons: 1.) Super expensive. I really doubt people in India will consider purchasing this when u can purchase a machine of exactly the same accuracy in 1/10th price. 2.) Accuracy is average or you can say just like any other digital B.P. monitor. There is always a +/- 15 mmHg inaccuracy in reading.

I have tried and tested other BP monitors, and found inconsistent results, thought of giving up on electronic blood pressure monitors. I came across the reviews of the Omron HEM7600T, I purchased it immediately and now I can say that it is one of my few satisfying purchases. The machine is efficient, claiming to have “Intellisense” technology. It has no tubes, nothing to connect to. Cuff is adequately sized, which enables to measure the blood pressure of all sized people. It senses the pulse accurately and is so sensitive, it is able to pick up ambience noise and report an error. It’s compact and convenient, easy to carry around. I compared the readings with other mercury containing instruments and found it to be closest in accuracy. I liked everything about this instrument, except two not so good features: Omron seriously misses a carrying case, and it’s price, which is a bit steeper. However, a nice case at this price could have compensated the heartburn caused by burnt wallet.

The accuracy of this machine is very bad. For me it shows very low readings. When actual blood pressure is 140/80, it shows 122/70. I took this meter to max hospital to calibrate. They told not to use it. I also see other reviews in amazon that for some people the reading is higher than actual. That means, for some people it may be higher and for others it may be lower than actual.This shows, there is design fault with this device because unlike other instruments, it try to measure the blood pressure during inflation to save time. It seems giving this problem. But whatever reading it shows is always consistent. That is, it is consistently inaccurate. One of my observation is that the accuracy of this instrument depends on your pulse rate. For those who have lower pulse rate (<60), it shows lower reading than actual. For those who have high pulse rate (>80), it shows high. Those who take blood pressure medications, their pulse rate will be low. Hence for those patients it is very risky to use this instrument. I had another old omron blood pressure meter (SEM-1). It showed me the actual reading matching with Hospital instruments, however Diastolic was wrong. I recommend buying Buerer BM 54 with bluetooth. It is very small in size a easily portable and take less space than this one. It is accurate too. My 10,000 Rs simply wasted. Now I am using it as a stand to support my mobile phone during video call !!!.

Omron HEM 7600T looks and design-wise excellent, the tubeless wrap band is easy to wear, it fits in our arm without slippage and holds the firm on your arm The user interface is very simple to operate we can take measurements ourselves with one touch of the button without the help of anyone. It is meant to be placed on the left arm and by mistake, if you put it on the right-hand user interface will not be visible. This avoids any human error. Monitors irregular heartbeat and gives an alert even if you look normal, this feature help in the early finding of any heart problem. Doctors ask us to keep log all data which is a very tedious job to make a note and it becomes more horrible when you are sick. Bluetooth feature help makes a log automatically upload on your Mobile Omron Connect App and generate a log file which we can easily send through any chatting app or email. It’s worth buying Omron HEM 7600T considering all the above features.

Pros: 1.) Ease of use - Due to it's tubeless design, it is not required to align the cuff with the brachial artery. So, it is easier to use, especially if you have to take readings on your own. Note: Finding the brachial artery by pulse location might be simple if you are a healthcare professional or practice this regularly. For everyone else, this BP monitor is very convenient! 2.) Digital - Not just in displaying the BP readings, but the ecosystem as well, i.e. you can upload the reading to your Omron app via Bluetooth. 3.) Fit - This fits on above average bicep sizes (like 9-9.5 inches) as well as smaller bicep sizes (like 14-14.5 inches). It might be a fit for sizes outside this range as well. I haven't tested it on anyone outside this range! 4.) Overall good build quality - feels premium. Cons: brachial 1.) Without any offers, the price is a bit expensive, but got it at 8.3k during the great Indian festival sale. So, I feel this is a not a major con. Try to buy this in a sale! 2.) After putting the batteries inside, the battery cover took a few tries to close fully. Since replacing battery is once in a few months activity, this is a minor con.

The blood pressure meter arrived on time and in good condition. I had a meter that would be about 20 years old and I felt that it was probably inaccurate. The new Omron meter is a compact, all-in-one piece of equipment that fits snugly on the upper arm without having to try to wrap it around. There is no tube connecting to a pump and readout. Easy easy to use and there is no noisy pump to scare you as it keeps on pumping! It quietly gets up to pressure and the readout shows immediately. If desired the results can by fed by Bluetooth to a mobile phone on a dedicated app which stores the results and provides a detailed average and information re heart rate, heart stability and other information. Taking my blood pressure is no longer traumatic!

Very good device. Their Android app however is total rubbish.

I bought this because it's compact and being all in one makes me far more likely I'll use it. No set up, just put it on and press go. Integrates well with the app and is not too hard to get full data out of. Fit is also very forgiving and accuracy is good when compared to other Omron units
