Very good product.The blade unit has become old and I would like to buy the blade accessory unit.May you help me ?

AFTER USING FOR SOME MONTHS, IT STARTED DISCHARGING VERY SOON AND NOW IT HAS STOPPED WORKING, TOTALLY DEAD.

Pros Great Build Quality Excellent Blades in Terms of Cutting the Hair Lightweight and Easy to Handle Heavy Duty and Durable Cons Not Waterproof Blade is a bit narrow I sport a bald look with just stubbles on my head and face. As a result I always use a trimmer with just the blade without any attachment to get the same look. I had used many Philips and Braun trimmers but they have always failed within a few months or a year or so of use as my use is frequent. Every 2 to 3 days and these can't handle heavy use. However I tried a Rowenta trimmer and that lasted me nearly 4 years. It recently died and I had purchased that abroad. Didnt see anything from Rowenta here in India so decided to check for Wahl which is another brand that I know is meant for heavy use. This is something you see in barbershops all the time and trust me when I say this, it is totally worth the money if you trim often like me. The blades are much better and more accurate. It makes your job quicker and it also is quite light and easy to handle. It's smaller than I expected which is nice but built well. The blade width is a bit lesser than I'm used to so it requires a few more passes over the desired area but its overall faster even then. The only major downside I would say is that it isn't waterproof. The blade itself is removable and washable but not the entire device. So it's a bit more difficult to keep clean but you can wash the blades, dust off the extra hair from the body and wipe down with a wet wipe or tissue once in a while. Overall very happy with this.

Silent Value for money

Just a day of usage. For sure this is one of the best trimmers that is smooth and easy to use. As few people mentioned here, I too did not get accessories for the 1st time. Requested return and the 2nd pack came with all accessories. Important to mention, even if you do not receive accessories, do not bother. IMO it is not that great and may not be usable for a long time. Combs come with minimum 3 mm and hence cannot be used for Mustache. Only the main unit "Trimmer" is great. Go for this if you like a great trimmer.

I purchased from amazon and when I opened the box, there was minute hair particles on the trimmer. I was given a used trimmer. I still proceeded to check if it works well, so that I can clean and use it. It was working good, but I had a slight doubt as the motor didn't looks very powerful for the huge cost. So I planned to purchase same wahl trimmer in offline store in shivaji nagar. I purchased it there for 6800 and I got a wahl pencil trimmer free as well. I opened the box and it was brand new.(ofcourse wahl's main distribution point won't keep used products). I came home charged it and compared the speed. The offline store timmer was running a very high speeds, along with usual trimmer sound. The amazon one was running silently but little bit slower. I do close trimming, so that my white beard(at places) should not be shown. I tried using both at same time. The offline one gave a closer trim and I returned the online one :) Charge for 2 hours is enough, it will last for whole week, even if you trim all 7 days. The battery is too good. After 2 hours , battery charge indicator light goes off. It also does corded operation. This is best for those who expect a trim that is close to shave. 5 star for product. But Be sure where you buy !

WORST PRODUCT PLZ DONT PURCHASE

Was looking for a good trimmer/shaver after my old Philips trimmer died. Spent a lot of time reading reviews on Wahl Beret and Philips BT3221, but finally bought Wahl Beret Pro-lithium. Pros: 1. Perfect size, ergonomic to hold, brushed look 2. Minimal motor noise 3. Chrome plated removable blades - can be washed in water and easily replaced 4. Lithium battery - holds power longer 5. Comes with travel charger as well as cradle charger. 6. Light weight 7. I have been using it to shave my beard to give me a stubble look (default cutting length) Cons: 1. Unlike Philips, you cannot automatically adjust the blade cutting length. You have to manually replace the comb. 2. Edges are quite sharp, NEVER press it against your skin and always need to be slightly careful when shaving around sensitive areas. 3. Cutting edge is not the biggest in the segment, you will need to make multiple passes. Regardless, I selected Wahl because of the strong brand pedigree - a lot of salons/barber shops use them and obviously the pros over weigh the cons.

E' il secondo che acquisto, con il primo mi ero trovato benissimo. Purtroppo le testine nuove sono state modificate e non si adattano più bene al vecchio rimanendo sollevate, coì ho acquistato il nuovo modello che in teoria è identico ma con la sede che alloggia la nuova testina modificata. L'ho tenuto ma non mi soddisfa come il vecchio modello, il nuovo aggancio delle testine non è il massimo, a volte le testine saltano o non si incastrano alla perfezione. Peccato, era un buon prodotto
