I recommend my friends to purchase such a lovely product
The love adapter works excellent with my apparatus. Now there is no need to have batteries. It doesn't look like an Indian product. The thing that I like is it's cable. Cable is too long that you can measure your bp when sitting apart from electricity plug

Reliable Adapter for Daily BP Checks
The Elove BP Adapter works really well. It fits perfectly with my blood pressure machine and gives a steady, reliable power supply. Sometimes, the BP Monitor does not function with the adaptor
I purchased the adaptor for the BP monitor about 5 weeks ago. While it generally works, there are times when the BP monitor does not function properly and shows a "Low Battery" symbol. The adaptor is supposed to sustain a rated potential of 6.0 volts. However, when the pump starts, the voltage drops to 5.3 volts which sometimes causes the BP monitor to stall. There is no such problem when it is run on batteries.

Item turned out to be defective but not covered under warranty
Soon after I started using this cord, my BP machine stopped working completely. Surprisingly, there is no warranty on this cord. So beware before buying this item.
