Good Book
Another good book by Men's Health, great exercise programme, I completed the programme and got the results I hoped for. The only bad thing about the book is the diet is based on American products which is a bit of a pain.One slight annoyance with the book is the layout. It could have been more concise and better organised. Overall a good book, as usual requires commitment and effort but after the 12 weeks I definitely got the results I wanted.

Awesome Program and Reference Guide
I've tried several programs and routines, and those outlined in this book are the best I've seen. The illustrations are clear; the reason I gave 4 stars is because a few of the lifting routines are wrong and could be injurious.The diet section is well done, and quite up to date. The recipes are average at best, however the general dietary guidelines are helpful.Light years better than Bill Phillips, the lifting routines are tough, concentrated, and effective. The alternate workouts hit every major muscle group 2x a week, and target specific muscles in approproate volume and frequency. I recommend without qualification the purchase of this book, especially for those who are relatively new (0-2 years) to bodybuilding.

Highly recommend reading this book prior to losing weight and building lean muscle mass.
Great info for beginners to advance weight lifting.
