Soft rotis, but warning for severe celiac/wheat allergy
The Trivaa Organics Multi Millet Flour makes excellent, soft, and fluffy rotis that are easy to knead and light on the stomach. It is a fantastic, healthy alternative for daily meals. However, a serious warning for anyone with severe celiac disease or a wheat allergy: I found a whole wheat grain inside my "100% gluten-free" pack. Since the brand also processes regular wheat products, there is a risk of cross-contamination. If you are highly sensitive to gluten, please use this batch with caution. Great product overall, but the brand needs to improve its allergen isolation.
