The meat was good, but not great. At the same time, you have to take out a 2nd mortgage to afford a small amount of meat. I used my sous vide cooker to cook the meat using settings that have been optimized and published on the interwebs - I didn't ruin the meat with my hard to control grill. Full disclosure: I tend to dislike the fatty steaks and this meat definitely has high fat content.
