Wrong volume
The handi is very good quality, but size is definitely bigger than 650 ml. Will help if the manufacturer gives accurate measurements.

Not 650 ml capacity
Very thick and good vessel but the capacity given 650 ml is not correct . It can hold more than 1 litre.
