When you rinse off the stone and put cover back on, water must drip down and melt the salt at the base. So the stone is now loose. Any fix?

After using, I screw the lid back on and turn it upside down to store. (The lid top is flat so you can do this). That way the water that may still be on the stone will not drain into the base causing the stone to loosen and possibly fall out. Love this product!

Can this item be used on areas other than underarms?

Yeah it says on the container it can be used for foot odor as well. Make sure to wet it a lot and do it thoroughly regardless of where it's applied

How often can I use this (twice a day, 3 times)?

I typically only use once daily. But have used twice. The instructions say to make sure it is applied to a clean armpit. I would think as long as you apply to a clean area and rinse the stone after each use it would be fine.
