Terrific Collection of Bengali Songs with an Intuitive Design for Elders
Wonderful product with plenty of songs to keep my elderly mom entertained. Songs from various genres from folk to romantic, religious etc. The portable unit is lightweight and easy to carry. The buttons on the unit and the remote are quite self-explanatory and intuitive for elderly people to understand and use. Fully charged batteries last for about 8 hours when played in moderate volume. The only drawback is that the FM radio does not work. Even after trying several times I could not tune in to any of the FM channels successfully.

Worst Quality Product – Complete Waste of Money
Absolutely the worst product I have ever bought. The buttons are cheap and barely work properly. It's frustrating to use and feels like a defective product. I purchased this in 2026, but the unit I received was manufactured in 2017. Selling 9-year-old stock without clearly informing customers is unacceptable. The product looks outdated, and the quality is pathetic. The overall build quality is disappointing, and the product does not perform as expected. I expected much better quality from Saregama. I would not recommend this product unless the company improves its quality control and ensures customers receive recently manufactured units.
