HP = Highly Perfect.
I put off getting a new laptop for 10 years. It was so much more affordable to just upgrade the one I've had since windows 7...that is until Windows 11. My previous laptop was a 17" HP and i wanted to make sure I had the same quality. I did a lot of research, "shopping around" comparing components, warranties, performance and review. I am so pleased with my new laptop. It may not have all the ports my old faithful has, but that was easily remedied by purchasing a small usb dock with extra ports. The shipping was fast, the shipping container was very secure and came in great condition. I've had the laptop for over 6 months now and have to admit, it was a great investment - less expensive than a new cell phone and bigger for my old eyes to see.

I have seven computers in my office and this is my all-time favorite! I wish I could afford to replace all of the others with this.

Just what I was looking for
Shopped around and found this deal. No one else could beat this price for the memory and storage in a 17 inch touchscreen. Guy at Best Buy said “Snag that deal we can’t even match that price”. Love the rose gold color. Classy. Very happy with my purchase.

Computer is in great shape, Works well, And the battery life is good. Definitely a great value for money.

It config'd setup fine but soon as I tried to open window I can't get anything at all every thing freezes. Might have to return it. At this point I am frustrated to say the least. I let it sit over night and it is running fine now. I will keep it. :)
