Very very worst product...it is only for maximum 10 years old child...when I received this product many parts of machine is missing......so don't recommend for others...it is waste of money..

amazing product but need to improve angle of up lift
packaging was really very poor and I received it with broken CD and missing tool other than that this six pack care is worth to buy as you can do many exercises on it and don't expect result as soon as you start workout as our body needs time to change its shape.its a good product but only problem is it doesn't lift you up to 90 degrees to give complete crunch to your abdomen other than that I'm happy with this machine
