Get the job done.
Quality is good, Value for money, proper temperature settings available. The wire length is almost 2.5mts, a switch board with a chair in 2.5mt radius would work perfect. The fur inside is a good thing and you will feel comfortable while wearing.I can not say anything about pain relief as of now. However, with the few hours of use I can feel that this will give a relief to back pain.

Great comfort
To be honest, i didnt think it will be this much soft and comfortable. Can wrap this belt over our tshirts. Works for abdomen heating also. Decent length of the cord makes no need of extension cable. Only the level adjustment is hard and looks it might broke soon. But i will fix at level 2. Other than that, a perfect solution for spine healing.

Effective but Expensive and Misleading
Pros:1. Three level of heating, you can adjust per your need2. Large Belt for xxxxl people can use it also3. Material quality is good, chord is long arould 5 feet.Cons:1. It ahouldnt be more than 4-500 maximum, this is way too expensive2. The belt is 9 inches wide but heating coil is only 3 inches, so better read this before expecting too much3. Toggle switch is of poor quality, it can stop working or come off anytimeFinally, it's not a bad choice considering market availablity, but cost is more than double.

Terrible product, burnt off in the first use and dangerous to use as electric fire risk
The product failed after the first few uses as the cheap plastic at the back burnt off and warped, caused burn to my parent's back and was hazardous and life threatening as it could have caused fire burns. Amazon did not return or provide any assistance giving the old excuse of being outside the return period after 3 months. Very very upset and angry over this sort of horrible customer service from a global brand. If this was in USA, there would be a lawsuit but being in India everyone brushes off this major incident as life is cheap in view of companies. Not for families.
