Met the expectations

The watch is good looking and nice, but when I compared it with the same product from a shop, there is some difference in the lock. The quality of lock for the product which I bought from online is poor as compared to the one which I've seen in shop.

Timex product is good but after 1 year machine stopped working, according to service center Amzone warranty card is not valid for watch repair, it will not consider in warranty, you have to pay for servicing. This is very ridiculous, I am a very old Amazon user and this is only a first time experience for this product. please suggest
