BUY THIS TENT. For the price you get an ultra-roomy 1-person tent that looks great from the outside and inside. Unpacks in moments, and folds up easily to pack away in an ultra-light bundle that'll fit anywhere. Could not believe when thr box came that there was a tent in that small flat package. Even when I unboxed the tent I still couldn't believe there was a tent big enough for an entire person in this lightweight carrying case. STILL could not believe my eyes when this tent assembled itself after taking it out of its storage bag! I'm 5'9" 200lbs and you could fit two of me in there, I plan on putting a cot and side table in mine, so much room. Then the ulitmate test, I folded it back into a figure 8 twice as the instructions said and had it back in its bag in seconds. Unreal for under $70, you can't go wrong!!

Bought this tent for my husband, who fancies himself an “outdoorsman” (read: watches survival shows while eating chips). He took the Night Cat Pop-up Camping Tent on a solo camping trip to prove he could “live off the land.” What actually happened? He slept off the snacks. First off: Setup was instant. Like, throw it in the air and BOOM — shelter. My husband said it practically unfolded itself out of sheer confidence. The waterproofing held up like a champ during a surprise midnight drizzle — not a single drip inside. Very cozy, very dry, very smugly proud of himself. Now, the best part. He woke up around 3 a.m. to what he described as “a family reunion of sniffling noses” pressed up against the side of the tent. Yes, folks — three bears. Not metaphorical ones. Literal, furry, curious, potentially Goldilocks-seeking bears. Apparently, the tent didn’t smell like porridge, but it did smell like the beef jerky he stashed in his sock (??). Genius. To the tent’s credit: ✅ It didn’t collapse. ✅ It didn’t blow away. ✅ It didn’t get clawed open like a bear piñata. ✅ It muffled the sound of my husband screaming just enough to avoid waking the entire forest. The bears sniffed, huffed, and eventually walked off, probably disappointed by the lack of snacks and terrified human noises coming from inside. Husband emerged unscathed — ego slightly bruised, pride now bear-sized. So yes — this tent is bear-tested, husband-approved. Highly recommend if you want something lightweight, durable, and strong enough to face down three confused bears while you’re asleep with meat in your footwear.

Overall, it's a good product. But it's is going to sweat overnight if it's cold outside.

I got this for my 1 and 4 year old grandaughters for Christmas. I made them wait till the end to open it and it's a good thing, because they were in it for the rest of the day. They were in the house and played in it with their other Grandma. So it's plenty big enough for 1 person to sleep in. The girls will also use it for a playhouse and nap tent when they go camping. It took their abuse just fine, so far in one day anyway. It isn't the easiest to put away, but it is doable.
