Wenig Zitronenaroma

Zitrone ist leider kaum bis gar nicht rauszuschmecken. Genau deswegen hatte ich es aber eigentlich gekauft. Geschmacklich trotzdem in Ordnung. Wer es wirklich zitronig mag, sollte zu einem anderen Produkt greifen.

Lovely spice rub

I got this as I do a lot of grilling and BBQs, so like to try out as many rubs as I can find, and this wasn't something that I had come across before. The rub comes in a great little tin and once opened smells great. As it's mainly salt based you need to be careful how much to put on otherwise it will be too salty, so a little goes a long way. I've tried it with both pork and chicken, and both had a great flavour. Recommended.
