I love this pillow. I was visiting my son who had recently moved in and his pillows were too hard for me. I have special order everything at home (difficulty sleeping for both my husband and I). Given short time period I decided to try something different. Wow - I slept incredibly. I love how it’s designed allowing for “configuring” to comfort and firmness. The quality seems great for the price. Going to order it for my home too!

The pillow came in a great box, with clear instructions and vacuum packed. It comes in three pieces - the outer pillow with two sided zipper and two inserts - one small and one medium. I followed the instructions of putting it in the dryer for 10 minutes and then letting the pillows sit out for 24 hours. I had super high hopes on the pillow working but it just wasn’t for me. Half way through the night my head would be almost flat on the mattresses with mounds of stuffing on either side of my head. I would wake up several times and have to adjust the pillow. I tried with both inserts, with just the medium insert and even with the small insert separate from the medium/surround in a regular pillow case. I woke up with shoulder and neck pains. I used the pillow for almost a month, hoping it just took some getting used to but my neck and shoulder pain just got worse. I have to say the quality of the pillows is top notch. The fabric is super soft. The two sided zipper (zips on the long and short side in one continuous zipper) is very well done - nothing rough that sticks out. I so wanted this pillow to work but it just didn’t for me. Now I’m trying to return it with the 100 night guarantee but I don’t know if I will be able to because I ordered through Amazon. When I called sleepgram, they couldn’t help and had to escalate to upper management - they are supposed to contact me back. I’ll update when/if that happens. Update: can’t return it to Sleepgram as they don’t support products that aren’t bought from them. When I purchased the pillow, I thought I was buying it from Sleepgram via Amazon, but that’s not the case. And because it’s outside of the Amazon return window, I can’t return it to them. So if you do buy this pillow make sure to return it to Amazon and within their return time.

I bought this pillow a year ago. I'd spent my entire life sleeping with 2 pillows because 1 had never been enough. I have always slept on my side and stomach predominantly, but needed to learn to sleep on my back to accommodate a CPAP machine. Since buying this pillow (king sized with both inserts) I've only slept with this pillow, comfortably in any position and it's never lost its size or form. It's been the best pillow I've ever owned.

This pillow does not deliver to promise. I am looking through the reviews and I am mystified, I do not deny these people their opinion however in trying to understand it I can find no reason or rime to it. For me I can tell you that the only thing I’m influenced by in writing this review is that I spent $120.oo on pillows that suck. Do not buy this pillow. I grew up in Ireland in the 80’s we were really poor, the pillows we had were basically sacks containing lumps of foam or feathers that your head would go right through and you’d have to bunch up to get any support out of. The Sleepgram pillow made me miss those pillows. So let’s make a qualitative analysis based on what specific features that one might look for in a pillow. Does it stay cool? No I lay on it for less than a minute before my head started to get hot… during winter in New England. So like they are lying to you when they say the pillow is cool its not it does not breathe like a normal pillow, the material is too dense. Is it light and does it move easily with you while you sleep? No its like a sack of concrete compared to all other pillows in my house, it’s very heavy. Is it soft? It is the opposite of soft, it is rock hard. As mention above its like sleeping on a concrete sack, not a sand bag mind you there is some pliancy to a sandbag this is definitely the consistency of concrete that’s been exposed to some water and has started to harden and stiffen. Does it allow your neck to remain straight during sleep? No my head was cocked badly to one side. Despite all other concerns is it just comfortable anyway? So this pillow, if you sleep with your arm under your head is ACTUALLY DANGEROUS to sleep on, within two minutes my hand started to tingle with the weight of my head and the pillow on my arm, at about five minutes I could no longer feel my hand. I had to get up and find an alternate pillow. Pillows are supposed to be light and springy and allow you to rest while supporting your posture, this pillow does none of that. I cannot say enough how on every level this pillow is terrible. DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW. I am a real person I can verify this I have no interest in the success or failure of Sleepgram except that their product is a lie and I feel duped by it. Sleepgram should be ashamed of itself for putting this abomination on the market for decent people to lose sleep with.
