Casa Rinaldi Tiramisu Lady Fingers Biscuits (200g)

At first I was a bit apprehensive about using it but it turned out to be the best choice I made for my triffle!!

Although slightly pricey, I have bought this product mutiple times to use in a tiramisu. Even though it's imported, the biscuits are well preserved and mostly intact. Tasty too.

These were okay. They tasted a bit off to me although it wasn’t noticeable once they were set in the tiramisu. I didn’t feel the sugar coating is so generous that you have to reduce the sugar content in the recipe. Make sure that you dip them in a flash – any more and they are going to drink up a lot of liquid which would make the biscuit too watery/ coffee would come oozing out if you have leftovers. I prefer making the coffee extremely concentrated, laying the biscuits and then brushing them with the coffee – it works better that way for me as I prefer to keep the sogginess as minimal as possible.

one of the worst product,its fungus on biscut ,expired but they put on sticker on it,i will reccommed dont delever this product to anyone .when we ordered expensive and branded .please delever fresh one

Lovely lady finger biscuits. Great quality. Must buy for making delicious tiramisu. Absorbs coffee like anything.

My family loved it

I made excellent tiramisu with these, if Making for a large crowd, then better get two of these, and they don't need to be dunked too much in the coffee, just a quick dip will do the job. Can reduce the sugar you add to your tiramisu as these biscuits are quoted with sugar.
