This product is waste of money. I would have given negative starts if it was allowed. Feeling cheated. I tried using after few days of delivery. It was not grinding the pepper as the bottom screws seems to be loose and all the pepper was coming out. I tried to screw it tight, then also it was not working as the holes for the screws were wrong made so even if i try it was not fine. Please dont buy this product

good product, using it without complaint. short of 5 star rating cos of quality of wood used. It has dark node appearing right in front from where it wont last long in all probability.

Poor design and manufacture. I removed the top nut for putiing prpper in. When I tried to screw the nut back, I found that the square rod thread was below the the top wooden lid. I had to use a screw driver to reach under and push the spring loaded rod back up to get at the thereaded portion. Stanless steel parts are very thin. Screws are not properly fixed. Overall, product is poor, though it does grind pepper.

It’s an absolute waste of whatever money I spent on it. I bought this couple of months ago and it broke within 2 days of starting to use it. I have no idea what happened but no matter what I did to fix it, it just wouldn’t work. Really cheap terrible quality product. Wouldn’t make the mistake of buying again.

Product good for showcase not for regular use. It's not working as expected, some time have to press hard and grind then works. Sure to have original black pepper taste.
