Remarkably good for the price
Our dog no longer has use of his back legs. He is a large dog, 90lb. We have tried many things to move him around, from room to room, to and in and out of vehicles. We have a pet rescue stretcher with two back wheels (which made it too wide to get thru doors), three different kinds of portable dog slings (which he falls out of the front on) and a lift harness. This purchase of a portable stretcher and gurney has been our best purchase yet and works wonderfully and the cheapest. For $25 it is remarkably strong. The four corner handles are sewn in very wel. It might be a bit wide for our dog (making it carried closer, but not on, to the ground) but imagine that is due to the fact that it also accommodates a person's weight and size. We would definitely buy this again and maybe will get another to change out between washing. If you have a paralyzed dog, this is the very best thing we have come across yet. Also, within the house, if there is only one person, the dog can still be on the mat and pulled along y one person with just the two handles across the floor. Well made and the prize is pretty amazing.

Sturdy construction
Very well sewn, great quality nylon strapping, handles are reinforced to a round grip instead of flat straps. The support material between the straps is nice and strong, but should be easy to wash or remove spots as needed. I will absolutely feel comfortable transporting my large, quickly aging dog with this stretcher; it will easily support him and is large enough to keep him safely wrapped up as we carry him. Folds up to be very compact; would be easy to travel with, and is rated to 600 pounds: this could work as a carrier for clothes, winter layers, sleeping bags or pads, and more.

Very well made
I bought this as an emergency way to carry my elder dog in case he goes down. He's 103 pounds and has been diagnosed with DM (like human ALS) so sooner or later he will lose the use of his back legs and will not be able to walk. Neither me nor my husband can carry him ourselves but by using this we will at least be able to get him into the car to get to the vets. It's horrible to have to plan ahead for something like this but I feel better knowing we can get him to the Vets when we need to. It's very well made and sturdy with numerous handles so it can be carried by more than one person. It looks like it can support the weight without a problem.

This thing is a lifesaver. Got the recommendation from our veterinarian.
I had a large goat doe at the vet who was down for over a week. They were using one of these slings to lift her. They had several people to do it, but we were only going to be two when we took her home. Ordered one of these and we were able to lift her, which we would not have been able to do otherwise. With the help of this, we were able to get her up and walking again. It's very sturdy, so I'm sure it will last us a long time.

Was PERFECT for Emergency Transportation for our BIG Dog
We ordered this to have on hand incase we needed it to move our 140 pound dog during his cancer treatments. Our house is built into a hill so there are stairs everywhere. Our big sweet boy went from walking/acting normally to being unable to even stand up in a matter of hours a few months after receiving this portable stretcher. It was a godsend when we had to get him down a flight of stairs to our garage and into the car to get him to the hospital. Made transporting him easier on us and him. We donated it to the animal hospital after losing him, but will be reordering another to have just in case of emergencies with our other big boys.

Let’s hope I don’t have to use it
I have a 90+ pound Akita shepherd mix. He is over 15 years old. Hips or bad but the rest of him is in great shape. I keep this in my car. If he gets stuck anywhere, I have this available. I can no longer lift him myself however with this aid, most people are willing to grab a handle and assist you moving the poor animal. Great for anyone with animals. You never know when they’ll twist a leg and need the help.

This came in really handy today.
I bought this a year ago. I bought it just in case I fall on the floor. It happened! My knees are weak and I was walking with my walker and my knees went out. I ended on the floor. I am not able to get up off the floor. Fortunately, I had this item and with help of some teenage football players, they lifted me up and got me back in my wheelchair. I feel this is very sturdy. I weigh 300 pounds. This is a just in case item, but it is so worth it. Otherwise I would have had to call an ambulance. When you call an ambulance and you are not admitted to the hospital. They charge you $1,200. So have it on hand if you have a disability.
