The cot / cradle was delivered before the delivery date with nice packing. All the necessary installation tools are present. Cradle looks strudy and stylish. It's very easy to install by following the video given in Amazon product. Swing is decent and has swing lock. Very decent product

Please don't buy this product. Peace of mind goes for a toss. This is so unstable at the base. The vertical member at the base shakes with just 3kgs weight of my child. I would never recommend this product to any anyone. Issues with delivered product: Products had missing Spacers as mentioned in the product item list was missing. After using the product for a week one of the joint came seperated. They have done so much of cost cutting. I regret paying money to risk my new born kids life. It's a disaster as I can't even send it back as the return window is closed.

Although the crib and cradle look beautiful and spacious, there are a few issues with the material quality and assembly: 1. The material is weak, and when we tightened the bolts even slightly, the wood started breaking. 2. The swing lock bolts and washers were missing. 3. The manual mentioned 14 numbers of 50mm bolts, but only 12 were provided. 4. While we received 4 numbers of 30mm bolts as per the manual, they were of no use, as they didn’t fit anywhere. We had to buy additional 50mm bolts ourselves to make it work. 5. The legs were unstable without the nuts, so we had to purchase washers and nuts separately and fix them ourselves. 6. This product was urgently needed for us as we were preparing for a function. Rather than returning the product, we purchased the missing parts and fixed it ourselves. Fortunately, the shop was nearby, but for those in remote areas, this could be challenging.

We just loved the product. Its very easy to assemble and we will love the product once we see it. It acts as bed and also as craddle. I feel it will be comfortable and spacious for the kid. Will surely recommend it to others.

I am usually a fan of luvlap products but this one was a total disappointment. The wood was super soft and made of some cheap material. It almost cracked while tighting the bolts. I received a pack where the assembling key was missing. I had to purchase one to assemble it. Once assembled, the the whole cradle started moving while rocking. If possible I would have given negative points. You shouldn't be fooling around where babies are concerned specially when you are charging a big price. Provide quality worth the price.

And if your product is missing some parts, they ship it to you separately, just inform them on the provided contact. 3. The wood quality is amazing. It's super durable. And looks good as well. 4. Mosquito net is an added treat, because it fits well and you don't need to go searching for exact size elsewhere. 5. Most of all, it's big, even if the baby grows, it can be used for longer, even if product desc doesn't mention this. Thanks Luvlap, i enjoyed assembling it for my niece.
