Men's Medieval Renaissance Pirate Pants Viking Ren Faire Costume

Pants fit well. The waist seems small at a glance, but very stretchy. I bought a large, typically wear a ladies size 12 pants. Could have probably gone down a size. My calves are around 14in. and the ties are quite loose. They could easily fit a much larger calf, you might just have to untie and relace every time you wear them. The color (got the brown) is a little odd. They're more of a warm brown than the pictures suggest, a bit hard to match. My only true complaint is that all of the tags had been removed from them, so I have no idea what these are ACTUALLY made from. It's not cotton. The fabric is a bit scratchy just to touch but very comfortable on. Washes easily. Not sure if they are dryer safe.

Decent quality for the price. The fabric is a bit thin and the tie strings at the base of the ankles was a bit long and had to be tucked in to not show but overall not a bad option. Would recommend.

If I had it to do over, I would have gone up one more size. They fit but were a little tight around the crotch. Served their purpose ad son was happy as we attended a larp renaisance fair.

If you plan to walk around a Ren Fair in these, they'll probably do what you need. I bought these to LARP in, and after I went down to my knee a couple times, the kne ripped. Probably because the cuff around the calf prevents the pants from sliding upward, so it's partly something I should have expected from the design. I sewed a fun patch on and they're good to go until the next tear But the pocket started ripping too. Granted my keys and pocket knife are bulky and heavy, still, the type of cotton tears easily. I'll stitch the corners to add strength and call it good. :) This is my first pair of cotton clothes, so maybe I'm used to the durability of synthetics. I do love the feel of the cotton though. It breathes nice. And it's soft.

My SO needed a cheap and quick pair of costume pants for his first year at the RenFaire and these were great. The sizing had me very confused so I was thankful other people gave input. He is a 36 inch waist and the large was fine. They were pretty long and loose/comfy. Good for a single wear but the fabric doesn't seem like it will hold up for too long.

Great value for money. Go to pants for rennnfaires. Colors are good Breathable warm and comfortable. Lightweight washable and stretchy waist

My son loves them, comfortable and washes up nice.

The Chinese do not have the same size as us a size small piece of clothes for us is a xl for them the waist was ok but the ankle was very tight.

The fabric tore the first time my son wore them and he couldn't use them (and they were too large rather than too small).

Received these items hoping that they would look something like the images displayed. When they arrived they were completley the wrong colour (the brown displayed is actually maroon) and look like MC Hammer pants. The bottoms are unable to tighten up at all due to all the exess fabric and look very rushed/stiched together. There are no buttons ANYWHERE on the clothes themselves. BE WARNED
