I really love this bread. However unfortunately it does not seem to be available any longer on Amazon fresh.

I've tried baking these both when they had been refrigerated and when they had been frozen. They turn out great either way. They have a really good texture and flavor! I've used them for paninis and regular sandwiches, and even just eaten them plain. Well worth the money, and just as good as anything I've bought fully baked. And since they can be frozen, I don't have to worry about them going stale or moldy.

Hard crust, great when heated

Takes about ten minutes or so to finish baking depending on whether you pop them in your oven or toaster oven while still frozen or thawed. Basically you are just browning these rolls so don’t expect the full-blown aroma of baked from scratch rolls. These are the perfect size for b-b-q pulled pork sandwiches since they’re not too thick for lots of pork filling yet you can still get a decent bite. Goes well with a favorite pasta dish or a hearty soup or stew. I always keep these in my freezer, they keep very well.

So, these are great if you need to keep some bread in the freezer for individual use or emergencies..... but pretty much any fresh bread will be better. These come out of the oven a bit dry and tasteless, but have a good texture if you add butter or pesto. Serviceable for sandwiches, handy to keep around.
