A good satiety giver..
Well i didn't believe until i experienced on my own.. It give fullness for nearly 4-5 hours depending on the amount of work u do.. Being a nutritionist myself i gave a try and it really did work.. But don't try to give up coz of the taste (chocolate isn't really good, try out mango r vanilla) i did loose 2 kgs in a week.. Not totally coz of this.. Along with other good and nutritious diet plan.. There is also a prescription of diet plan along with the pack and u could follow it even.. 😇
