how to consume, before or after meal?

I mix about two spoonfuls of psyllium in about one and a half cups of plain water and consume it along with breakfast. During lunch I mix the same quantity with yogurt/curd and eat it after lunch. I don't think there's any one particular way of consuming psyllium except to consume it in plenty of liquid stuff. One can experiment different ways of consuming it and choose the option that suits him or her the best.

What is the fibre amount in 5 gram of husk?

An internet source says "husk preparations generally consist of 67-71% soluble fiber and approximately 85% total fiber by weight." Therefore, it should be about 4.25 grams of total fiber per 5 grams of husk.

everything is good about this product..I tried it two for 2 days and it actually reduces the food cravings. Only issue is that, they didn't provide it packed in a bottle, you've to yourself put it in a air tight container.
