No Nut plate Inserts unless you buy the swing gate that’s where it comes yeah you need those to assemble the bumper too much money poor quality of paint disappointed

I used it for my Jeep 2014 wrangler. I thought it was both pieces. I would like to order the tire carrier now and was wondering if the seller would sell it for the price of the complete order price. I was going to return it because all the pictures showed every thing. then I saw the small print and was saddened. please email me [email protected]. other then that the bumper is perfect and looks great.

The descriptions of the installation are misleading. It says that the bumper can be installed with common tools however, there’s no way to mount the tire without the lug screws being pressed with a machine press. Machine presses are not common every day tools if you don’t use the machine press and you hammer the lug studs in they will strip. Also, the lug studs are too short. Obviously if you’re getting a heavy duty bumper, it’s because you have bigger Tires than stock the lug studs provided should be longer to accommodate bigger tires. This caused a huge delay in the installation and a lot of aggravation.

I like the look and functionality. Really don’t like how heavy it is, nor the fact the installation instructions were practically useless. This bumper isn’t easy to put on but once it is on it looks good. Pain in the neck to adjust. If I had it to do all over I would have got a different bumper.

The instructions I received with the bumper must have been for an earlier version as it talked about parts I thought I was missing. Turns out those brackets are now welded to the bumper. Talked about drilling out the holes in jeep rear frame crossmember, but bolts already fit through frame holes, etc??????? Very heavy so best to have help or a good floor jack. Should be a good unit. Also ordered the tire carrier but received no hardware with it so waiting for that to come.

Received bumper but didn’t get all of the hardware needed to put the bumper on.

Great price, very strong built easy to install, remember you have to buy the upper unit which swings out with spare tire and gas can storage. They are sold separately..

Very disappointed with the product description and what all came with the bumper. The tire carrier and bearing and all of the hardware associated with at assembly didn’t come with it, just the bumper. False advertising at its best! I went back and looked at the order and everything shows the carrier comes with it except the last line in the extended description “tire carrier not included.” What’s the point of that?!

Shipping was ok. It showed up shortly after it said it would. But the detals on its location where very sparce. What upset me was the description says nothing about only receiving just the bumper, and not the hanger or basket swing. It bad advertising !!! Looking to return or work out a deal. Not pleased.
