I wear mens sie 9 wide ( 4e) trainers.what size should i get?

Sally, I wear a men's size 10-11 wide, bought the 11 size fins, and they fit well. I do wear a neoprene sock under them. (I did find that one fin is slightly larger than the other, though they are both 11's.)

can I swim breaststroke with the zoomers gold?

Here are some details on the item description, I'm not a swimmer so I cannot comment on what swimming strokes you can do with this product beyond what the description states. The Zoomers Gold Fins are an ideal training fin. This fin can be used by all levels of swimming to boost cardiovascular conditioning and accelerate speed during workouts. Fins will train your legs for speed and endurance. The fin blade aligns with the natural angle of the foot promoting a proper kick.
