Mine would not tighten to attach, had to return.
The metal part that the tensioner screw was supposed to screw into was too big for the threads to engage. Therefore it would not tighten to attach. I bought a two pack, and both units had the same problem. I think they were assembled with an incorrect part. I just returned them for refund because they were defective.Also, the clamp was too small for both of the adult bikes in our household, unless you want to mount to the handlebars.
