I bought it doubtedly by seeing some negative reviews but for my order packaging done very carefully, no chocolate melted. Product received earlier than shown and in good condition. I recommend it as a best gift for those who likes chocolates a lot.

The product was properly wrapped with reusable ice pack and was in proper condition and didn't melt at all...totally loved it

The packaging was really good. I thought the chocolates would be melted by the time of delivery. But it was packed with ice packs. So no worries about melting.

Melted and poor quality
I think it is a duplicate product. Delivered in molten condition. When I put it in the refrigirator, the alluminium foil got glued to the chacolate and pieces of this foil were difficult to tear off from the chacolate.
