Good food, I give this food for my Parrot Fish's. My fish like this food and eat happly. But main problem is I bought Medium size pallot. I have no idea this size palet is little bit biger than my Parrot fish's mouth. so I drop this pallet one cup of normal water and wet them properly. After 8-10 minutes they make soft and moist then I give my fish this food and they loved it .
