Product is just what we needed and is as described. Delivery service was unsatisfactory. Received a call. "Your package is large, awkward and heavy. You need to come down and get it." Not the first time we have essentially been told, "If you want your order, come and take it off the truck." So much for Prime and it's delivery.

When I bought my first manual wheelchair, online, I was without a family doctor or therapist and didn't know much about the chairs. I didn't know the range of sizes beyond childrens', adults', and bariatric. I bought a Drive one that had an average 18" width of the seat and frame and have used it extensively after learning on my own how to operate it (having no caregiver to push me in it). As I progressed to needing the chair more, I saw this Medline chair with a 16" seat on sale and decided to buy it for use at home, to keep street grit off my floors and carpets from my older chair. I'm amazed at how much easier this one is to manoeuvre! The tight turning radius makes doorways and turning around in my kitchen so much easier! As a smallish adult (5'3"/115 lbs), the size is just right for me, and so easy to handle. When I can squeeze it into the budget, I'll get a second 16" Medline to have one indoors and one out -- having almost got trapped in a medical building's small elevator recently with the larger chair -- and donate the larger one to my local Red Cross for renting out.
