This is not a real pickguard. It's a thin piece of flexible plastic with a blurry texture image printed on it. The teardrop shape seems to have been cut with scissors by hand, as it's crooked and doesn't align with the sound hole. The second I pulled it out of the packaging I could see it is trash - a complete waste of money.

The pick guard is very thin which in itself is not much of a problem but it's slightly smaller than the standard so there is some of the old discoloration from the old pickguard showing. It should be made slightly larger so it can be cut down to size - you can't make it bigger! The edges are rough and poorly cut which is really not a problem as you can always smooth out the edges. Overall the product quality is poor but I'll keep it for some of my futhre 'smaller guitar' projects where I can size it to fit properly.

Attractive and self adhesive pickguard. Great value for the money. Has adhered very well now for many weeks. Plan on buying more. Very attractive design for my ovation acoustic guitar. Will buy a few of these. Nice low profile. Looks like it came with my guitar. Stays put so far. Catchy glitter design made into it.

Product looks great and was very easy to install. It was very easy to position and there was no problem peeling off the adhesive protection layer. I would definitely buy this product again.

These are no better than the ones you can get in a package that gives you 9 total pickguards. I thought they were bigger and thicker, but they are not, these are just the same small thin, cheap pickguard.

I bought this for my Taylor guitar, which didn’t have a pick guard when I bought it. Looks like it belongs there. And the red is a nice accent to the satin finish on my guitar.

Very thin plastic with adhesive on the back. It’s not bad and will probably give years of use. Easy to apply just don’t bend or kink it when peeling the paper off.

This is a deal! It adhered onto my guitar real well, even after having to pull it off once and straighten it out.
