I've purchased these melatonin gummies several times and they are the best I've tried. I only take 1 per night (which is 5mg) and that helps me relax enough to drift off to sleep with no side effects. The taste is great and I love the gummy instead of another pill to swallow. I ordered these to help me sleep a little better. Perimenopause has me tossing and turning, needing a fan for hot flashes and all. After about a week of getting maybe 3-4 hours of sleep each night, I really was just miserable and knew I needed to try to find some options to help. I chose this combined with 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt under my tongue before going to bed. So far, this combo has reduced the instances of having to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and while I am still experiencing the hot flashes and occasional tossing and turning, I'm not waking anywhere near as frequently. In fact, I am back to regular 6-7 hour sleeps with the occasional 8 hours! As long as that continues, I'll continue these. They flavor is pretty decent, the ease of use is obviously pretty simple, and they seem to be pretty darn effective.
