Prepare to be amazed...I was.
I am really impressed with this kit, I received it today during my lunch break, and couldn't wait to get home from work and try it. I have really struggled over the years with ear wax. I used to be able to make an appointment with my clinic nurse to get my ears syringed. Then I moved clinics, and now I had to make an appointment with the GP who had to give the go ahead, then I could make an appointment at a later date to see the clinic nurse for syringing. So finally I go along, the GP sees no wax, tells me my ears are clear, and refers me to the ear nurse for a hearing test?! The ear nurse took one look and says no your ears are full of wax and proceeded to suction out enough wax to make a couple of birthday candles. So she had me on every three months for suctioning, until I asked to be referred to the ear specialist about another issue, at which point I dropped off the ear nurse's list. That was about a year ago now. This all started about 2-3 years back, and I've been hunting for an ear syringe since, without success. I have dabbled with ear suction devices, but they never make the suction strong enough, and I've never managed to get to the deep down wax. Sometimes not one iota of wax comes out, even though I know it's there, my ears have been hurting with the wax lately, every time I blow my nose. I think I dislodged some itching my ear eczema. This system though, I like. My ears are the cleanest they've ever been by my own hands. The nozzle is very well designed, it has all these holes around it, so the wax can just come straight out. So many systems, the nozzle blocks the whole canal off - I don't know where the wax is meant to come out. The drops are also great, they're gentle so they don't irritate my ear eczema, and they don't fizz and pop inside like the peroxide ones - which I find irritating as sometimes it's a day before you can get all the fizzing liquid out. Also it was very effective, I put cotton wool in my ear to turn over to the other side, and when I took the cotton wool out, it was the most wax staining I'd ever seen on cotton wool after using such drops, and I've used a lot of different types. Then, I rinsed using the syringe, and wow the amount of wax that came out! Well, it didn't seem that much, but I don't believe I've ever got that much wax out that easily. I've noticed my TV volume creeping up over the past couple of months, but when I came out of the bathroom after cleaning my ears, I had to turn my TV back down to the level I started at, and even that sounds too loud now. I really don't think anyone will regret buying this system, yes it will probably take commitment, but most worthwhile things do, and it says to use it only once or twice a month to prevent ear wax buildup and I think I can handle that. I guess I'll have to use it a few times this week because the wax has been building up for a while, but it's a lot more convenient than having to go the doctor every time, and it seems just as effective. Oh, and now I can blow my nose fully, without that pain you get from ear wax blockage, that was about the first thing I did, and it was great. Afterword: the ear plugs did not work for me, leaked terribly. Better to use cotton wool when you change sides, don't use it upright like it says you could if you want. I actually think next time I'll do one ear to completion including the rinsing and then do the second ear, my first ear went so long with the liquid drained before I rinsed, and I didn't get as much out of that one. The second ear I was even getting the black compacted deep wax out, maybe it just had more wax in, but I don't think so.

Worth buying...
This is the second time I've purchased from this company. I was extremely unhappy with the first purchase. The company responded in a satisfactory manner. I tried them again with this. My problem is, first, I didn't realize it would be hard to sanitize between uses. It can be done, alcohol, white vinegar, etc. but it's not easy. Does this product work? Yes. But let me explain as a nurse. Many people think they're going to buy something like this and clear out their wax. First of all, the drops need to be in your ear, or student's ear, or child's, etc. for up to 30 minutes. Wax just doesn't come out easy when it's built up. It also may need to be done over a period of days. I've used this on two students and it took two days for both. However, when used properly, it worked very well. The tip cannot be put in the ear too far. It's a bit more than a glorified syringe as one user commented. It's a safety tip. You could use a regular syringe but you risk inserting too far and damaging the ear drum. The tympanic membrane is very sensitive. Convenient storage case. Remember, some ear wax is normal and needed. When it interferes with hearing or causes pain, that's when this comes into play. Any type of hard wax buildup should be medically treated.

What? Oh wait I can hear now! Thanks to this product.
Works like a dream! I have to wear ear plugs when I swim, because my ears get clogged very easily. Especially when I have a lot of wax build up. So when I washed my hair, in the sink, with my head upside down, and the water went directly into my ear, well.. you know. My ear was clogged for three days! I usually see an ENT guy and have my wax removed about every three years because it gets bad. Thankfully I didn’t have any pain (sign of ear infection), so I was able to tolerate deafness for a few days while waiting for the mailman to deliver this magic product. Before deciding to buy this product, I tried peroxide first, that didn’t work, felt like it made it worse. I also tried rubbing alcohol too, as that has worked in past when I get water in my ears, but the wax was too great. The ear plugs that come with it do a good job of keeping the medicine in while I do other things. I mean who has time to lay on their side for half an hour. Then the plunger/syringe thingy is a magical tool! So cool how it works. It shoots warm water in (not straight cuz that would hurt) while also allowing that water and all the wax to exit too! Directions suggest doing this over a basin, but I kept a towel around my neck because the water naturally follows the neck to go down my shirt. And if you use a white towel, you can see the wax, and that this worked! I didn’t have any chunks like other reviewers showed pictures of (yuck). I mean who takes pictures of that? So I can hear perfectly now, and plan on using this to maintain wax build up. My syringe thingy came a bit crooked like other reviewers said, but warm water straightens it out.not completely but it works fine. Doesn’t affect its functionality. The container that it’s meant to be stored in is a bit tight, causing the crookedness. Would definitely recommend to anyone with wax build up.

Minimal help, if a help at all.
I got two very tiny chunks out of one ear, and pretty much nothing out of the other, this is shortly after a doctor encouraged me to get one of these kits because I have "a lot of buildup" in my ears. It kind of works I guess? I'm not sure I wouldn't have got just as much out by just doing the water flush. I find the whole thing a little difficult to tolerate- the laying down for 30 minutes just to work on one ear (so over 60 minutes to do both) and the entire time it itches like mad, the shooting the syringe of water into the ear, the noise it makes when your tube of water is empty and shoots out a tiny bit of air which ultimately made my ears ring a little and hurt- I don't like anything about the process. If it had worked better, the rest would have been loads more tolerable. For stubborn buildup, you are supposed to do this like 3 days in a row, but it takes more than an hour due to the wait time. Who has that kind of time? Finding 3 spare hours to lay around unable to do anything in one week is not an easy achievement. Further, I'll be at a point where my ears are itching and if I stick my finger in I end up with wax on it (gross I know) and I'll use this product and end up with little to nothing coming out. On subsequent uses, I've been unable to get anything out. I know it's there, that has been confirmed by my doctor and my index finger (yuck) but I'm not seeing any real help from this product.

Does the job well.
I got this kit along with some Debrox drops for a total of $16 spent. I started with the Kyrosol treatment, lying on my side, and I could feel the drops working due to a tangy taste (Eustachian tube connection, I guess?) -- an interesting sensation. Some folks might find it unpleasant, but I liked knowing the drops were in there doing their thing. After 30 minutes I rinsed with the syringe that came in the kit, and I could really feel the pressure and coverage. Sometimes it is hard to get all parts of the three-way nozzle directed into the ear (you have to really push it in there), but I could feel the spray for sure. I did not have anything dramatic happen after the first 30-minute soak, but my left ear certainly wasn't any worse. That leads to the fact this is sort of a two-product review: I then used Debrox drops (same evening, sale left ear) and let them in there for a while using the earplug that came with this Squip kit. When I rinsed after that, I could see wax flecks in the sink. Nothing dramatic, but with some palm suction (classic press into the ear with the fleshy part of the palm then "pop" it off), I felt the ear canal clear up in a way I hadn't for months. The next evening I worked the right ear (same process, starting with the Kyrosol drops), and got some wax loosened up. No dramatic improvement, but my right ear is not nearly as plugged. I decided to Debrox the left ear again, using the earplug once more to leave some drops in for more than an hour. I then rinsed with the Squip rinser and when I reached in with my pinky finger for a final clear-out I pulled out a clump of wax the size of a cashew half. Sorry, no pictures, I don't want to gross anyone out. *smile* Let's just say my wife and I were impressed with the glob that came out. Anyway, my left ear is now REALLY clear. The alarm clock this morning was as piercing as I can recall for years (it is hard to judge improvement over time, but it felt pronounced). I am going to work on my right ear again this evening because it seems like a two-day approach gets stuff loosened up more. In summary, the earplug and rinser in this Squip kit are very effective, and the Kyrosol drops provide a good start to getting things loosened up. I do think the Debrox drops are more effective, though, as you can feel them sort of percolating more in the ear, a sensation I did not feel with the Kyrosol. As a 1-2 punch, though, over a couple days, it is very likely you will get results with the Kyrosol/Debrox combination. All for just $16 -- about the same as you might pay on a co-pay to have a physician root things out for you.

I don't know what happened
The syringe is very good and shoots in 3 small streams to get everything cleared. However, when I put the provided liquid in my ear it tickled a bit (which I figured was normal) but after about 10 minutes it became an aggressive itch which 5 minutes later turned into a painful burning sensation. I removed the liquid imediately thinking maybe I had a cut or something in my ear but when my mom looked there are no lesions. Just red irritated skin. I tried to flush out the liquid with warm water with the syringe which hurt very badly. Now I have 3 tattoos and many piercing so I have a very high pain tolerance and this HURT. 10 minutes later I still get a burning pain it I try to flush it with water. Maybe I just have sensitive ears but I flushed my ear with plain water yesterday and there was no discomfort what so ever so whatever was in that solution caused much irritation in my ear.

IT WORKS! YA HEAR ME?!?!?
I don't usually reach out to write reviews. I am solicited for reviews from time to time and respond but I felt compelled to let you all know how excellent this product is. I've tried so many things over my lifetime including professional ear nose throat appointments to a little looped sticksstick that you scrape the inside of your ear (ouch!), candles (what am I? A birthday cake?!), with Q tips etc, etc. This is the first product that has significantly and almost completely cleaned my ear canals and they have remained that way for quite a while now. I have always suffered from excessive ear wax production and I'm always reminded when I pull my headphones out of my ears looking at yucky waxy mess. And don't forget the reduction to hearing. The process is a little time consuming in that it doesn't take a minute to accomplish but the results are so worth it. It's safe and easy andand actually wasn't messy or anything. You lay on your side, place a dropper full of liquid in your ear, optionally plug it with what looks to be a small, soft headphone so it doesn't drip out, wait 30 minutes and then flush with the syringe. Repeat for the other ear. That's it! I did it while watching Jerry Springer lol. I only used it once although it recommends a couple times the first go around. I am truly astonished. I had hoped at best for partial results but I'm SO excited with this product!

It worked eventually, but...
I bought this because I regularly have problems with my left ear, feeling like I have gotten water in it when I haven't been around water for hours, so I figured it might need cleaned out. I wasn't experiencing pain or anything like that when I started using this product, so I used it once with no luck and I waited until the next day to use it again with no luck. After the second time the wax in my ear must have migrated from wherever it was being stored into a different part of my ear canal because by this time I legitimately could not hear at all! I was so blocked up that the left side of my face surrounding my ear was starting to go numb. I emailed the company and asked if I could use this more than once in a day and of course they didn't answer so of course, since I was in such a bad place, I used it more than once with no ill effects. After the 4th try I ended up getting a little bit of wax out and from the 5th through my 8th try (yes, 8x in one ear over the course of 4 days) I eventually managed to get the ear wax "plug" out. I was so relieved to have finally gotten it out and be able to hear again. I think my hearing may have slightly improved from prior to using this product and I haven't had issues with feeling like I have water in my ear since. However, considering it took 8 tries (that's 4 hours of laying on my side for those of you counting at home, which doesn't count the time for irrigation) and the fact that the company didn't respond to my message I have to give this 2 stars. It did work but if I had to do it all over again I would not do it all over again. Perhaps I was an anomaly in that it took so long to work but when I say that those 4 days were complete hell, I mean it.

It has worked
I used it for 3 days in a row , 10 drops followed by rinsing after 30 minutes with warm water. Only small quantities of wax came out on 3rd day. Then I gave break for 20 days and repeated it again. This time on day 2 (of phase II) all the wax came out as a lump. Be careful to detect the wax if it is ready to come out and do not push it inside with injector. Use finger to remove wax if required if it is almost out.

Product works very well, long time sufferer
I have nothing but good things to say about this irrigation system. I have just finished using it and thought it was good to immediately write a review. It’s very easy to use, my hearing is vastly improved, and all in the comfort of my own bathroom. I went into the treatment knowing my right ear was more deeply impacted according to my doctor. I left the glycerine mixture in my right ear for well over half an hour, and it took an extended amount of time and irrigation to get small bits of the wax to come out, but what I did manage to remove was a huge improvement as the ear was very badly blocked. My left ear, however, I irrigated without the glycerine mixture just on a whim, to see what would happen, and was able to get quite a bit of wax out of it, small pieces, and a huge plug the size of my baby finger nail. If you have issues with ear wax, pick up this treatment, you will not regret it.

Buen producto a buen precio
