Good book
Good book. It's covered so many concepts but not in deep. I expected that it might have all the concepts explained in very comprehensive manner but it's explained briefly. In my opinion:-- Beginners can use this book to know what are the concepts should learn and how to start with..-- Experts can use this book to recall the concepts in less time-- I cannot tell how professionals can use this book because professionals requires comprehensive explanations and more real time examples to expand their knowledge (I have read first 6 chapters and i couldn't find them).

Don’t Buy! Py 2.0, tech is at least 14yrs old
Got this for a nephew of mine whom I was trying to get into programming and I think I wasted my money. This is an old old old edition that covers Python 2.0 that came out in 2001.3.0 came out in 2008 so this hasn’t been updated for the last 14yrs or so. The 2018 mentioned in the description is just the year of reprint. It’s so old that, in the Intro section, it tells you how to configure your Win95 machine. Can you use the book to learn Python? Yes, you can. There are a lot of concepts which remain the same, but why will you waste your time on learning deprecated function and methods and concepts.
