Worst quality.. I faced issues of lock getting jammed and got no product support. Now bathroom has got locked from outside and because of door having expensive laminets can't able to even break it. Has to break the door as it's jammed when locked. There is a very small window and at 2nd floor of my house.. nobody can enter in from there. And now getting no support from Godrej

The product is good but the dimensions are wrongly specified. The dimensions listed are larger than actual.

It's a good product. Comes with three keys. So far seems nice and sturdy. The installation isn't free, however the same is possible by calling the godrej customer care and schedule a visit of the technician. The godrej technician who visited my place was this post 40's or 50 something elederly man. Has a phenomenal way to do his job. Did the installation with absolute easy and left no marks of collateral damage. Seems like a seasoned man with great experience. ( While he was doing his job, I looked at his work and was in constant state of being amused looking at his fine style of working, I hope godrej is paying him well) Oh coming back to the product, it's godrej. So nothing worng with it. It just as good as it can get. Good value for money
